A.     Materials of the cabinet body

Be made of 18mm Highly medium density fiberboard, coated with ultrapas fire-proof boards, and with PVC mechanical seal edges. (Waterproofing work)

B.     C frame

Be made of 1.0mm,1.2mm cold-rolled and moulded steel sheets, and the surface of which are handled by EPOXY RESIN powder static painting to resist acid and alkaline and stand heat.

C.    Cabinets fittings:

1. Hinges: Use the Stamm 90⁰ hinges, for opening and closing automatically and 3d for adjusting many functions. (Passed 100,000 times opening and closing tests)

2. Handles: Black PVC handles for strong acid and alkaline part, and type one zincification handle for the other parts.

D.    Structures of Cabinets

1.      Integrative cabinet designs are very elegant. Upper glass sliding door matching the lower double doors for option. Selectivity of style can meet different needs.

2.      The height of clapboard is adjustable to use conveniently.

3.      All the boards in the cabinets are adopted knocked-down triple connection. The structure is steady to guarantee no bend, no distortion in 10 years and easy to dismantle. It is favorable for using in the special environment of laboratory.

E.     The size of cabinets:

The standard is 500mm in depth, 1800mm (including 10mm of mopboard) in width and 900mm in height.

 Adjustable Shelf:

Full length and width adjustable shelf is for maximum storage.

Handles:  Security shell-shape plastic handle

Reagent racks: Be made up of 1.2mm cold-rolled steel, covered with EPOXY RESIN powder static painting to resist acid and alkali and stand heat. The height can be adjustable according to different requirement.
